Cuesona stores account details, preferences, saved phrases, billing identifiers, and generated communication data needed to provide the service.

Speech, images, drawings, and text entered into AI features may be sent to configured service providers for transcription, prediction, image analysis, or text-to-speech. Payment details are handled by Stripe.

Users can export saved phrases or reset workspace data from Settings. For account deletion or privacy requests, contact support@aaccommunicator.com.
